What a great post. I had not heard of Les Stroud (Surviorman), but then I don’t watch TV or much YouTube. It was a great story, which I relate to having taken my canoe out into the dead waters of far northern Maine where one could see up to eight moose feeding in one evening. You have a nice site here I will have to come and visit again. Thanks!
